What I do
I’m a Senior Manager at Baringa working in the TMT team. I work across commercial strategy, product and delivery, helping turn ideas into plans that can work in practice.
From strategy to delivery
I like being involved from the initial thinking through to delivery. Having done both, I tend to design strategies with implementation in mind and know when to adjust the plan as new information emerges.
Bringing people together
Much of my work sits between commercial, product, data and technology teams. I enjoy understanding the different perspectives, finding the common ground and helping people make progress.
What motivates me
I’m happiest working with thoughtful people on something genuinely useful. I like learning quickly, taking ownership and being close enough to the work to see the difference it makes.
